Indian Ocean: Robbery at Mumbai D4 Anchorage

A report has been issued stating that a robbery has occurred on an offshore supply vessel whilst anchored in Mumbai's D4 Anchorage. The crew on board the supply vessel noticed some ships stores missing, they carried out an investigation and found footprints on the access area on the port aft bollard. The Master reported this incident to the local agents, Company Security Officer and the Flag State

 

All vessels within the vicinity of this alert are advised to operate with a heightened level of security and report any suspicious activity.
